By listing your vehicle on PrivaBuy, you are entering a legally binding exclusivity agreement. Please read the following carefully:

Your car is exclusively PrivaBuy's to sell while the auction is live. Once you submit, you may not list, advertise, or sell this vehicle on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, CarMax, to a private buyer, or through any other channel — for any price — while your auction is active. Dealers are bidding in good faith. Selling elsewhere is a breach of this agreement.

If you accept a dealer's bid, you must complete the sale with that dealer. Accepting a bid is a binding commitment to transfer the vehicle to the winning dealer. You may not change your mind, sell to someone else, or back out after accepting. The vehicle belongs to the winning dealer from the moment you accept.

If you accept a bid and fail to deliver the vehicle, you forfeit your $250 platform fee. The fee is non-refundable in all cases of seller non-performance. PrivaBuy reserves the right to pursue additional damages on behalf of the affected dealer, including recovery of any costs incurred by the dealer in preparation for the transaction.
Once you submit, your auction goes live immediately. 5 local dealers are notified. Your auction stays open with no time limit — accept whenever you're ready.
Terms & Conditions — Seller Agreement
1. Accuracy of Vehicle Information
I confirm that all information submitted about my vehicle is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation of any accepted offer without recourse.
2. Auction & Offer Terms I understand that listing my vehicle on PrivaBuy initiates a live auction. I am not obligated to accept any bid. Once I accept a bid, I am entering a binding agreement to sell at the accepted price.
3. Platform Fee Upon accepting an offer, a one-time platform fee of $250 is due to PrivaBuy before dealer contact information is released. This fee is non-refundable once processed.
4. No Time Limit My auction has no mandatory expiration. It remains open until I choose to accept or close it.
5. Data & Privacy My contact information will only be shared with the winning dealer after I accept their bid and the platform fee is paid.
